Scope of Work: 19,583 SF new construction of single family residence.

Project Narrative: The design for this high-end private residence required close collaboration with the owner and builder. The multi-level, terraced home is nestled in Beverly Hills. The home is integrated into the hillside with various programmatic volumes cascading down and opening to the southern exposure and sunlight.

The home’s more reserved street presence evokes a more traditional Ryder Design styling featuring telescoping standing seam metal gables and wrapping skylights.
