Scope of Work: 2,389 SF remodel and addition to existing single-family home.

Project Narrative: Ryder Design worked closely with the client to develop a contemporary, bespoke design. The home is cut into the adjacent hillside and features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a large, private outdoor courtyard and outdoor living area with a pool.

The design employs many architectural responses to the client’s interests and lifestyle including a special accommodation for a ventilated cigar smoking parlor.
