The entrance to the home is innovative in that it is located at the upper level.

One descends into the home via a sky-lit court featuring an elevator and a gracefully curving architectural stair.

The design seeks to capitalize upon the steep site by introducing multiple levels that both engage the terrain and create an opportunity for a more private lower level.

The home’s large rooms feature wide, expansive glass windows.

Views of Los Angeles can be seen beyond the textured concrete, natural stone and deeply stained wood finishes and materials.
